This activity consists of students learning how to use the genially, which is already a very useful tool for carrying out multiple motivating activities.

First of all, we must introduce the students to the website and how this tool works. It is quite easy to design any presentation and there are even a multitude of tutorials for making it. Among the possibilities offered in this case, we choose a presentation about an English-speaking city, in this case Ireland.

It is a mini-presentation in which, first of all, students must select the information, videos and images that they want to show in their Project. 

As for the organization of the activity, it would be most appropriate for the students to be grouped in small groups of no more than 3 or 4 students.

I consider the use of new techonologies a fundamental mean for the student to develop their imagination and creativity designing their own content. 

Genially offers a multitude of possibilities for making interactive prsentations where students can add images, interesting videos and even related web pages to complete their presentations.

"All About Me" - Read stories online. Create books for kids | StoryJumper   This activity is aimed at having students design a book about themselves. The design of the book is created, they have to fill in with the information that is asked of them. The objective of this activity is for the student to use these structures that will have already been studied.  As an example: My favorite food or game is... We can use this activity as a final product in the first cycle, in which once the vocabulary about food, school, games... can review and use it to do that activity.  This activity will be carried out individually as it is a personal activity for each student.

Welcome you to my blog! My name is Carmen and I am working as English teacher in CEIP Profesor Gálvez en Villaluenga del Rosario (Cádiz).  My school is small so each class has between 7 and 10 children, so it allows for much more individualized learning.      The objective is for our students to learn English in a dynamic and fun way.      The main objective of my blog is for the student to acquire communicative competence in a second language.
